Bug of Japanese chat filter

Many Japanese kanji characters can not use in the chat filter.
For example, "日本" ("Nippon" is Japan) is hidden as "*本".
For example, "切断" ("Setudan" is cutting) is hidden as "*断".
For example, "【 and 】" (This is [ and ]) is hidden as "**".
etc...
Many other Japanese kanji characters are not available in chat filters.
These Japanese kanji have no sin and are imprisoned for false accusations.
Japanese people can't japanese speak to "I am Japanese" in ESO.
This is too bad a bug.
