Falklreath Hold - Final Boss Buggy?

I have been running Falkreath Hold more times than I can count and in the last months we observed new behaviour.

The individual mechanics of the boss normally came sequential. Either fire at the outer ring, pulling you in, calling adds and bursting some of the pillars.
Since some months (maybe post-U35) the mechanics are more often than not all over the place. And pretty often multiple at once. Fire in the outer ring, pulling you in while adds are there.
You can still manage to beat the boss but the first two times were a surprise as the current behaviour substantially deviates from what has been experienced in the past.

If not intentional, maybe this can be checked.

Regarding group composition we at all times had a dragonknight tank, orc necro healer and Stamcro in the group. The fourth member I don't recall today.
And for triggering the weird mix of mechanics it doesn't matter if you go all out on the boss and apply high damage or low damage. The mechanics are all over the place.

Anybody else had the same experience?

    Yeah I’ve had that happen, along with his shouts coming late or not at all. Figured it was from pushing him through his phases too fast but you said it doesn’t matter the damage so I’m not sure.

    Thanks for the reply. Dmg doesn’t matter. We yesterday had a rather newish DD with us who was dead half the time and in other moments made something around 8-12k damage. Applying too much damage was yesterday IMHO definitely not the issue.

    I only had that experience when pushing the boss too fast past the % where certain mechanics happen, but not with slower fights, like you've said. I've seen other bugs in the dungeon too: the first boss sometimes disappears along with all the adds, and reappears after a few moments. I think this might have something to do with pulling before all the group members are there (maybe be similar to the Lamia fight after the bridge in Arx Corinium, but the difference with Arx is that while the Lamia reappears in its starting position, the first FH boss reappears already in aggro and its position when reappearing is random). The third boss fight resets after the first skeleton phase, iirc there was a rumor it as to do with combat pets, but it's definitely still happening.
