Nightblade Refreshing Path still causing FPS drops

PC/NA, like title says. I feel like it was sort of fixed, but if I play the game longer than 20 minutes on my nightblade my FPS starts dropping. It is especially noticable when I drop Refreshing Path, then switch to the bar that does not have path on it. I am specifically using the healing morph.

harcanegroveSoul ShrivenNotice: I've figured out how to get my ping and FPS to stop dropping with Refreshing Path. I have to restart my entire PC between each run to get my game to maintain its FPS. I don't think the memory leak was fully fixed. Only have FPS drops on my Nightblade healer by the way.0
