Why is this set classed as a proc?

It provides a passive bonus in the same vein as 'adds spell damage to area of effect abilities' so if you're telling me you designed this set to ask 'too many questions' to be allowed, remove the stupid food buff restriction since it's obviously a lovely set that really needs to work in Ravenwatch.

Same reason that Order's Wrath also does not work - because it doesn't.

There isn't much logic being applied to these determinations as Ravenwatch is clearly no longer a development priority.

There still is not even an official list of working sets and Ravenwatch was changed like over a year ago.

not to mention the list of stuff there is still changed/updated, even without an official list to keep track of it lol

im assuming orders wrath was not added to the list because it wasnt considered when it was added even though it is a purely passive bonus, while the other one needing food to be active is technically a proc (because i think there is precedent on that from other sets that require food or drink buff active)

you have a specific circumstance that triggers the ability, in this case buff food.

This is correct and likely the reason but there are a BUNCH of sets that work in Ravenwatch that also have conditional logic.

For example, Pariah gives you Armor in inverse proportion to your HP. That is tons of server queries and comparisons being executed continuously... yet the set, for some reason, works in Ravenwatch.

Which is all to say that there is no standard of logic being applied to what works and what does not.
