I think it should be extended to 90 seconds rather than the 45 that it's at, reason being is that this game is very quest heavy and you could be in the middle of a dialogue, while queueing for modes that take longer to pop such as queueing for a dungeon as a DPS I'd assume it's very common to be questing, when the notification pops up there's almost never enough time to get through a dialog tree, and then there's always the infamous getting up to go to the bathroom and coming back to a missed queue if you have an especially long queue such as a 20 minute queue.
I really feel like having the queue be 90 seconds would benefit a lot of players, the healers/tanks don't have to go back in queue to wait if someone missed it by just a few seconds for instance, since often times their queue "bugs" and they have to requeue anyways to get an instant queue.
Lastly, as a result of the extended queue and to discourage queue dodgers, if your queue pops with the new 90 second rule and you decline or otherwise time-out then you should receive the penalty appropriate for your content, e.g. 15 minutes for dungeon, 10 minutes for tales of tribute and so on. This will discourage people leaving and I think all around we'll get a better quality queue with this.
