Elder Scrolls Online Is Canon to the Elder Scrolls Universe.
During the 2nd Era all Horses back left leg looks like this like this when walking slowly :

That has been 8 years in the game... 8 years... I don't see it as a bug anymore, Could it be the Art direction?
What are your thoughts on the lore behind it?
Maybe a curse was put by the crazy cheese Mad God himself?

When Daedra came to Tamriel in the form of what they thought horses looked like the horse breeders just accepted it as normal. When Tiber Septim eventually relit the dragon fires all the daedra horses were banished and he rediscovered a hidden enclave of real horses hidden in the Imperial City dungeons.4 -

I know for sure that at LEAST 3 of my horses back left legs are amputations from the front of another beed.
