Alot of people were sad, happy and confused with the change to occult overload. But fear not the change might have been a hit to the damage side of it "12500" BUT was buffed with the removal of the 6 person CAP and they also added even more to it when an enemy is killed with it. They also add a random status effect to all enemies within 4 meters and tbh as compared to last updated and the one before solo bombers and group bombers are stronger than ever...

No offense cuz I mean... Nice video and all...

But I don't think many people were unhappy about OO being nerfed. I think the ratio to people that like it -v- those that don't is probably pretty similar to the ratio of people in the video getting bombed -v- bombing.

There just isn't a whole lot of effort put into doing that so it shouldn't pay out so well. Some 1-bar build, proccing up well out of sight, running 8 seconds to the middle of a group who are repairing a door and killing like 10+ with proc sets and proc CPs.

And the counterplay is supposedly what? Don't group up? Always have your buffs up?

And the skill is where? Being patient? Figuring out how far your character can walk in 8 seconds?

There's really no point worrying about balance between sorcs and dks, templars and wardens, or gear sets while things like this exist.

Exactly, ZOS specifically put sets like Vicious Death, CP like OO, in the game to respond to all of the complaints about "zergs". In ZOS's mind, they create risk for bunching to closely together and allow zerg busters.

It all ended in tears, of course. The sets make ball groups even more lethal.
