Stuck in group after dungeons and trials

If I leave group then zone out of the dungeon/trial, I'm back in the group again and unable to leave. The other players bars in the group window are all blank like they're offline.
It's not a visual bug bc I tried joining another group but I can't bc the game registers me as currently in a group.
Happens with group finder and making my own groups.
The only fix I've found is relogging. A friend said zoning to another zone fixed it for her.

Relogging is not working for me. I have a character stuck in a grout that doesn't exist and I can't find any way to leave. Seems that this last update damaged the game very much.1 -

This is not a new issue, unfortunately. It has happened to me over the past couple of patches. Sometimes porting works, sometimes relogging works, and sometimes it requires maintenance to fix.1
