I've looted hundreds of containers at this location in the last couple of days across multiple characters and have only looted a couple of green furnishing plans which leads me to believe that they stealth nerfed the drop of plans, even if just at this location.

Hmm thats evil, I didnt farm myself last 2 weeks tho so I rather believe its just bad RNG. But who knows

To date I've only looted 3 blue plans and have yet to get a purple. I've leveled my new character from legerdemain level 1 up to level 15 thus far, laundering/fencing the max number of items each day to give an idea of just how many containers I've looted.

Funny how things that benefit players get fixed very quickly....

I think there was a place in the Reach, near the northernmost harrowstorm site with a lot of containers that people looted for plan farming and after a while was rumored to have gotten nerfed. I don't think that's necessarily the case here, might just be a combination of low chances and rng, as most things in this game.
