Block bug. Block now drains magicka and recovers stamina.

Hey, i just got a bug that won't fix after dying, it's only fixed when i change zone or relog. For some reason my block with shield costs magicka. I don't have that new Stormweaver's Cavort mythic, i'm using Malacath.
I run frost staff on the front bar and snb on the back. Both bars cost magica to block. Seems like in addition to magicka drain it also uses some stamina, while at the same time regenerating stamina back? Just loook at my resources in the video, they behave very wierd.

That's weird, it looks like its costing both. It also looks like you are regening stamina while blocking.

I just cant anymore. The game is so bad right now. I will check back in a few months...
