The Ivy Throne quest bug

Hey I'm stuck on the stage 'Return to Castle Mornard'. I return but the castle is empty of anyone but non-essential NPC's and players.

Edit: Derp, as soon as I said this I headed right into the kitchen and found the objective. The map circle could do with being a little smaller I feel. As it is it encompasses the ENTIRE castle.

i noticed this as well when i was doing this last night, i expected him to initially be in the throne room not downstairs, eventually just wandered around inside of the castle until it triggered the next step

Don't know if this was because I relogged or not, but the quest didn't trigger until I entered the kitchen down some stairs on the right as you enter. I wasn't even aware of the room so I wandered everywhere else and relogged. But then when I went down there, on we went.

You enter a circle, circle areas are places to search, once you near the objective then it gets a marker. It didn't change because you'd relogged, it changed when you got near the objective, caught me up for a minute too because of the wording.
