Shapeshifter's Chain Bug
Anytime I shapeshift with chain on I no longer get the 1.7k health bonus. I have tested this on multiple characters. Sometimes I will get the health bonus but it's very rare and lasts maybe 8 seconds, then it immediately drops off and i end up with less health than i had before i changed form.Stamina and magicka boost but health does not. I have been having this issue for 3 weeks now.
