Bow accuracy passive is bugged

Using a Bow on your main bar the accuracy passive is not being calculated towards your total critical chance. You must un-equip and re-equip your bow every time you log in and anytime you zone for the passive to take effect.

Honestly is it not enough that we must endure the loss of stun and the addition of needless cast times without this sort of nonsense piled on as well...

This bug still exists. Does it not appear on the developers end? Is it just myself and a few others having this issue?
