Worst Conditions Yet in Cyrodiil

I have now tried:
but I STILL can't get my ping to remain stable or below 300 since this last update. Cyrodiil looks like a slideshow. Nothing renders - siege, players, skills, and I just randomly and w/o warning fall over dead. It's impossible to play at all in these conditions.

- Repairing my game
- Resetting my router
- Switching between servers on my VPN - or off of it entirely.
- Running a speed test for my ISP (it's fiberoptic and the test says it's speedy UL and DL)
- putting a salt circle around my PC and slaughtering a chicken under a full moon
- OK I made that last part up.
