An Eye for an Eye quest is broken

We hunker down with Razum-dar outside the doorway to eavesdrop but no one comes and no conversation takes place. The quest marker actually shows that it's below us but there is no way to get below where we are and Razum-dar leads us to this particular doorway.

Several others were there the same time I was last night and it didn't work for any of them. We tried relogging etc., but it just won't trigger the conversation.

I abandoned that one lastnight after waiting to follow the 2 npc's with arrows above their heads, they didnt do or say anything and no matter what distance i was from them nothing progressed.

Hi All, we posted this on the Eye for an Eye questline. There is a workaround while we work to get this fixed.

I was also able to get around it by leaving through the window and going back in.

I relogged my character multiple times but it didn't work. Then another player told me to log completely out of the game and then the quest marker would let me click on it to hide even though it was still below me. So I did and it worked.

The window thing sounds much easier and I'll try that on an alt if it's still an issue then.

a request if possible.......maybe see if there is a way for customer support to use this or something like it that has the link to the post when a ticket is sent instead of canned responses. i keep getting the whole " do a bunch of troubleshooting steps that change nothing on the server but only on your pc" response instead of something useful. (i hope this doesnt come off as snarky or rude. im not great with writing posts. tone is hard to convey through text. lol)

I abandoned the quest as I thought maybe I had done something wrong in the quest, which is why the conversation was not happening.
So now time to start again, hopefully the bug will be fixed with the next patching.

That one is my problem and no amount of logging out or closing the app is fixing it.
