Issues on pc/steam after last update

I couldn't login screen prior to character. Had to repair. Then I got into game only to randomly have my mouse stop working. It moves screen but not clicking on tabs etc. Also seem to be lagging..character moves after I've stopped hitting movement buttons...

I want to add that I repaired after the mouse issue. Now I am having 308 error again. I've never had issues before this update....

Disable Harvest Map, works for me.
