A Sea of Troubles won't Advance

Playing with a friend on the quest A sea of Troubles, we have done everything else, but the part investigate Tuinh Village will not advance despite Druid Laurel saying to investigate the building, it will not let us in the building saying we don't meet the requirements. This is blocking any further progress on the main story line for this DLC.

    Having the same problem. Cannot find a solution anywhere :(

    Hi all. While I get this into our team, I wanted to see if either of you have tried logging out and logging back in to see if that reset where you are in the questline. Sometimes that can reset where you are and allow you to continue.

    Hi @ZOS_Kevin Have reloaded from scratch and at the door, it still says you do not meet the requirements

    Okay, so just chatted with the dev team. They are aware of the issue from another bug report and are working on a fix for this. However in the meantime, to get past this issue, you will need to drop the quest, start it again and go through it again without being grouped. We had a few devs test this and they were able to continue the investigation.

    Hi again @ZOS_Kevin I ungrouped with my partner and we abanded the quest. Running the quest on our own, we able to complete 'search the druids lodge'. Had a similar prob on Highisle where had to ungroup to get a quest to work. Thank you for responding so quick :)

    No worries, glad it worked. Just wanted to reiterate that we are working on a fix, so this workaround is just a short-term band-aid.

    Can confirm this issue is still happening in patch 8.2.7.

    Managed to encounter this while doing the quest grouped with my wife. We both had to abandon the quest and re-do it from the very beginning, solo, until we got past the part which sends you to town.

    Pretty annoying considering this is the very first quest for the whole Galen zone!
