Comprehensive List of the new patch Block Bugs

Hello. This thread is intrended to consolidate all of the new block bugs that have started since this morning's patch to Firesong. Please add any additional details here so it will help ZOS troubleshoot. Below are the ones I have experienced so far, mainly while tanking.
1: if you dodge roll while holding block you have to let go and reapply block again for it to actually block
2: if you bash while blocking block now drops and you need to let go of block and reapply it
3: if you use any channeled ability and block cancel it you need to drop block and reapply (example: exhilirating drain, stone fist, etc.)
