Fastest way to Disable all Addons and Libraries

Rename the Addons folder by adding a character to the end. The game will no longer recognize the folder and is much faster than unchecking all addons and libraries.
For PC, the path should be in Documents>ESO>Live>Addons.
When Zenimax fixes all this, change the name back. This should keep settings in place if you have some addons disabled on some characters but not all. That makes it better than using the in-game toggle all on or off.

✭✭✭✭✭...or on the character select screen hit the addon button and select the toggle to disable all addons without messing with folder names lol
it does suck that this issue wont be resolved for at least 2 weeksplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Yes, but if you have some toggled off then the game will not remember that. My suggestion should keep settings in place.
