Inferno Heavy Attacks Stuck

Medium weaving heavy inferno staff attacks with concealed weapons very often results in the heavy attack becoming unable to be released.
This forces a fully charged heavy attack and prevents other inputs.
This bug does not happen with melee weapons and does not happen when weaving with ranged spells such as swallow soul.
I noticed this recently, possibly only in this patch version.
This happening to anyone else?

danyotranSoul ShrivenTo clarify, this is in PvP in battlegrounds. I believe it may have something to do with the target either roll-dodging or becoming invisible.0

✭✭✭✭✭i dont think this is new, or related specifically to BGs because ive had heavies get "stuck" doing a full cast even in PVE (in various contents)
sometimes its better or worse after patches, but it seems to be consistently off with staves especiallyplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
