If it doesn't seem like the dungeon is going to clear or if I am getting really mad, I'd quit. It's possible that high cp people could be casuals or crafters or coming back from a break or new to that role or character... or any number of other things. I used to check cp at the beginning, but I don't anymore, no point. I just (silently) judge based off if people are interested in talking, their performance, and if they're using reasonable weapons for pve (lots of snb healers recently, I just assume they're pvpers?).

If they're PVPvers, those kind of people can't survive just 30 second in Imperial City also.
What kind of "vers" were they?

If theyre dying instantly to trash theyre not pvp'rs. Your typical pvp'r is gonna be a survival build with lower than optimal dps more than likly but does not die to npc period. pvp is not easier its harder just to be clear =p

Consider this situation of you.
CP1.9K unnaturally glass fake tank (1H1S with taunt. but can't handle just 3 mobs at once, and quick dead)
CP over 1K fake DPS (or just brainless, keep standing on AoE, and quick dead)
CP over 1K totally fake healer (doesn't have no group healing skill, and quick dead)
And...you're only decent DPS worker.

i have a couple friends on my list who are over cp2000, and have somewhat decent builds, but dont generally participate in group content (dont run dungeons often, and had never even done a trial until last weekend when i organized some for him to get a gold plunder skull lol)
especially because of the xp buffs (enlightenment, scrolls, event bonus) + efficient farm methods like people doing normal blackrose prison farming, its not exactly hard nowadays to shoot up to cp1000-1400
so i dont always assume someone at cp1500 knows what they are doing (ive also seen cp300 people who could pull high dps, which suggests they were a console transfer that knew what they were doing lol)

Simply, they were disgusting bad manner players.

Maybe they kicked you because you wasted their time by fighting the boss on your own for an hour instead of reviving them? Maybe they kicked you because you killed them with some mechanic that you did not understand? Maybe they kicked you because you insulted them? Maybe the "fake role players and really useless guys" were having fun, while you stressed out over some normal dungeon. Maybe maybe maybe... We will never know....
...If you want to play with "good" players, because you feel like everyone else is a waste of your time, then join a guild and play with your guildmates.

Simple. We would carry that player.
I do not bother to queue solo in any role because I have found the GF is full of such players queuing solo. I form or get into groups via a couple of guilds I am in so I do not have to bother with a group of random players. The most I will have to experience is one if we only have three in our group. We can easily carry that player and give them a great experience.

It depends on your team mate actually. So, part of agree, and part of disagree.
Most of people learn from failure, and get accustom to situation. But sometimes,
(it is very rare case though), extremely stubborn player who doesn't know basic game rule
and basis of role obligation keep doing nonsense over and over. Mostly high CP player.
They ignore advice intentionally, and keep staying too much strange behavior.
I can't control those type of people. Maybe sometimes, instant leaving will be best way.

If you're decent dps then you should be able to solo normals.

I have a friend IRL who dolmen farmed to over 1k CP and that was when max CP was even before 810, and as I said to him all you are doing is sacrificing skill over arbitrary points.
Its rare but it does happen where all 3 other group members are not upto par. I had one recently where i was tank in vet banished cells 1. It was painfully long and they couldnt kill kinlord at the end even.. 20min into fight hes still at 90% and im tanking 15 adds away from them trying to help them focus boss lol!! I ended up bailing
