Messed up UV texture on ColdHarbour Boulder fan Furnishing

So I plan to make a nice cave with the boulders until I noticed the bottoms of the Fan versions have 2 strips that are on the Texture
This is most likely a UV texture issue which when some parts of the mesh stretch the texture. If its not a UV issue then still please fix it, really want to use this to make a cave but the 2 strips kills the dream.

Mr_Madness✭✭✭✭I know it's messed up since the other 2 boulder variants do not have this issue on the bottom and seen this similar issue on Skyrim models.
Hope ZOS fixes this since was saving 500,000 gold to buy all coldharbour boulders.Edited by Mr_Madness on October 21, 2022 5:42AM0
