Fresh Install: Will my character be saved on the ESO server?
I can't install the newest patch of ESO because the Launcher is telling me I need at least 60 GB of space free. I have a 140 GB SSD drive which is a Games only partition (my operating system is on a separate partition). There are 45 GB or so of free space as a previous installation of ESO is already installed there. As such, the update cannot possibly require a further 60 GB in order to run, can it? The only solution I can think of (sensible solution anyway) would be to uninstall ESO and perform a clean installation of the latest game and patch. I am slightly worried that this could cause me to lose my game data (character progression etc.) though so if anyone could reassure me on this point, I would be very grateful.

Saerydoth✭✭✭✭Yes, character data is stored server-side. Reinstalling the game will not affect it.1
