Blurry sky in High Isle when Depth of field setting is used

DoF setting affects High Isle only - the sky is overly blurred and no stars can be seen when this setting is on.
Give the natives of HI the same kind of sky as everyone else on Tamriel. Let them see stars. ;-)
Update: Even Masser and Secunda moons are blurred. It's the same 'bug' (probably a switch that devs need to activate to exclude the sky from DoF setting) that was affecting the whole Tamriel sky before.
