If an account is disabled/suspended, would it still be possible to go into any player houses?

As the title says- If I had access to a house before the account was suspended, would I still be able to access the house after the account is suspended? This is in relation to a friend's account who is seemingly suspended, but I still have access to their houses. Nothing at all has changed in the houses since their account was allegedly suspended, but I would think that an account being permanently suspended would mean that nobody would be able to access their houses, right?

Their house still exists and their account still exists so you would be able to access it as you normally would.
