what set is good for this build for PVE and NO CP PVP

this build was made in that in mind to do both even survive player groups like some others (that inside a group i don't fall and able to survive like 6 on me) reason i took the execute whirlwind not the 1 with less cost and bigger AOE
HP there is 14 but max i will go is 16 or it will hurt sustain 2much
also its a vampire to make it more tanky
gripping shards maybe i replace with growing swarm depends witch is better
BDW is that considered a hybrid build?
but what sets u recommend?
it would be easier if 1 set is crafted so i could make 2 heavy pieces reinforces but if u have something in mind that can make up for it...
