I'm not sure if this is happening with Khajiiti only. I haven't tested it with other races.

On my characters (Dunmer, Breton) it becomes the Centre-Part Long hairstyle.

On a side note, is the Ragged Royal Page cut one of those rare hairstyles that stays the same when you put on hats?
