Looking to trade resources/money from XB1(NA) to PC (NA)

I recently switched from my XB1 to the PC and I am looking to trade my XB1 resources/money/crowns for the equivalent on the PC (both are North America). I did this about a year back with someone and it worked out well for both of us but now I've decided to switch back to the PC and need to do it again....
In essence, I want to trade my XB1 stuff to your character on the XB1 and then you trade your PC stuff to my character on the PC. Just to make sure that we both are legit, I started small with something like 10k gold and worked my way up. Once we both felt comfortable, we freely traded and it worked out beautifully.
As a side note, I would like to do the same trade with my XB1 fallout 76 character as well. If interested please message me here.
