Why does the game install so slowly?

Hey everyone I just started to install my game but I noticed that it takes hours to install. I had the same problem with the beta just me or is it just a slow download.

For me, the game install was approximately 24GB. My internet downloads at 3MB/s. It took me 2.5 hours to install.
