Itami✭This is apparently tied to grouping/instancing. Leave the group and relog. you should then be able to use the stone.0 -
Inversus✭✭✭✭✭Since many are experiencing the same difficulties, it's likely a launch but. Could be related to the amount of people on the server/in the instance, similar to the quest bugs in the betas.

You can't expect a perfect game at launch, just like how no OS, however much QA is given and how many environments it's tested in can be perfect on release.
