First, try deleting the original copy of the installer that you downloaded to your computer and download it again. If there are no further issues or error messages, proceed with the rest of the installation process.
If you cannot access our account website properly and believe this is an ISP-related issue, delete the original copy of the installer and download it again using this link.
Next, take the following steps:
1.Temporarily disable your computer's firewall and anti-virus software before attempting to redownload the installer. Remember to re-enable it later.
2.Download the installer using the link above, and save the file to your computer; if possible, save it to your desktop. Do not run it from the internet.
3.Clear the cache for your web browser.
4.Do not let the computer go into "sleep" mode during the download.
5.Using a different web browser for the download may also help.
6.A corrupt file associated with InstallAnywhere, located in a Temp folder on the local machine, can also trigger this error. In order to correct it if this is the case, clear all files in the local Temp folders:

> C:\Windows\Temp
> C:\WINNT\Temp

> C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp
Using this download process will install the game onto your computer, but you will still need to enter game codes via our account website before you can play. In order to do this, please log into your account from a machine that does not use the same ISP—perhaps a work or school computer—and manage your account. Once that is done, you should be able to log into and play the game on the computer on which you installed it.
