One of Embers eyelids when she blinks is not coloured in. So when the eyelid closes you see her yellow eye.

When Ember was introduced during the release of High Isle, I got her with my Khajiit and noticed the clipping eyelid ontop of her uncanny look. She's using the "Darloc Brae Golden Eyes" cosmetics which seem to be the actual culprit in this case.
My own Khajiit had no issues blinking without any clipping issues until I equipped the exact same eye cosmetic.
No idea why they insisted on giving Ember non-khajiit looking eyes when the ones they chose don't even work properly with the model.2
