Dragon stuck during fight in Elsweyr

Ticket nr.: 221008-002364
We were fighting a Dragon in Elsweyr. After it does a flyby, the Dragon hovers in the same spot, regains all its health and the symbol on the map shows it is not in combat anymore, while the status of the players are in combat. It seems to be stuck hovering. This has happened in the same spot on the Elsweyr map several times.
After a while the dragon respawns in another location.
Couldn't add a screenshot in the in-game report function nor via the existing ticket, I'll add those here:
