Lost Lobby Connection When Changing Characters

During the High Isle event when I try to switch characters I often hear prolonged disc activity and am returned to the login screen with a Lost Lobby Connection error before getting to the character load screen. Is any particular addon known to cause this problem? I use a Windows 11 PC on the NA megaserver.
