Only usualy but if you look closely on every news on web, you will se that occasionally it can be few days after month start.Really sorry for my english3 -

✭✭✭✭✭I think it's usually on the Monday closest to the start of the month. Sometimes that's just before, sometimes it's afterwards.
You can kind of predict when the next one will be by looking at the dates items are available in the current one. The September showcase has several items which are available into October, so we're still in the period covered by that article.
