Loading times

Hi, I have just bought the game and has been hit with the frustrating long loading times, the missing HAVOCK logo, no sound during the log in, not being able to log in and a totally frozen hero.
I am on a Mac Mini 2020 ( M1 ).
The solution for me is to quit the Launcher.app after hitting play, as soon as the presentaion screen appears with the Bethesda, Zenimax studios and the Habock logos.
Press ommand+F to minimize the game window, press Command?Tab and choose the Launcher Host and press Command+Q to quit it. Then click on the game window and press Command+F again to maximize it.
This gives me sound and normal loading times instantly.
Apparently the Launcher Host app generates some sort of conflict on my system - and it brought back memories of the first of The Witcher games
I guess it is worth a try, and it may work on Windows as well.
