Quality of Life suggestion: a way to find items on which character

I know this is possible because I’ve played on the PC before and was able to see which of my characters held onto which items with inventory management addons.
However, I have switched to Stadia. Stadia is basically ESO on the PC server but with no addons. So having the skyshards appear on the map when you’re close to them helped. This was a QoL thing added by the ESO devs.
Now the next thing I suggest is that the game have a way to manage and to find the items.
For example:
My stamina warden high elf uses Spriggans as a set. However, I want to back bar a magicka staff to proc off balance… now where my perfected maelstrom staff? Is it on my magicka high elf sorcerer or my Breton magicka sorcerer or my magicka Nightblade high elf or my stamina Imperial nightblade tank? Oh wait, I found it! It was on my wood elf Stamden for some reason. I had checked my Argonian magden but only found my non-perfected maelstrom staff and I think I moved the perfected one over about a month ago because I was clearing bank space. Now, where did I leave my Gaze of Sithis mythic helmet with the infused trait/magicka enchantment instead of the reinforced trait/magicka enchantment?…
That’s basically like a snapshot of my life ^
I guess I could make a notebook IRL and have this info there, but I think this is an easier QoL feature that is terribly needed for people who have no access to addons.
