Regarding Macros, Mouse Software, and Trigger buttons.

Where is the line in regards to "cheating" and possibly getting banned? Can I use a trigger button? Can I make a hotkey in my mouse software (Logitech) that spams the attack key when held? Can that be a toggle instead of being held? Where's the line between accessibility options and cheating?

There is no clear definition of prohibitions in these rules. This is done in order to cut off possible discussions and make it impossible to challenge the decision. Sentencing depends on the views and mood of the ZOS employee at a particular moment.
The same logic is used when identifying players abusing the vulnerabilities of the game

Programming multiple attacks,or a repeatable spam on one button push will probably result in flagged and banned. There's cooldowns and timers on skills/attacks so seeing overly sped up attacks will flag.Best to learn to do attacks and rotations manually to not increase risk of a ban.If they wanted to make it accessible for people with disabilities to use things like macros, then non-disabled people would use it to their advantage, since no way to distinguish disabled/nondisabled without some kinda medical authentication. If you have issues doing content, then try to make groups or a guild with like-abled people and take content at a slower pace. You don't have to speed through everything(except speed achieves).

I was more curious about for weaving purposes, not so much multi-attack strings. I had figured that would be banned and would most likely not maximize DPS anyway.
