Just Google for ESOUI and you will find the add on site. There's loads on there. I'm sure soon ones will crop up that tell you all skyshard locs and quests. You are really missing out though if you don't explore and if you do, you will find all the quests.
Just because i ask for a quest list DOES NOT mean i'm speed leveling...i just don't want to miss anything....

The nice thing about not having a mini-map, aside from the minimal clutter, is that you learn to navigate using landmarks in the world. In effect, once you get to know your environment, you will actually use the map less than you find yourself doing in other games. Even if it doesn't feel like it right now
Give it a few days and hopefully you will not only adjust but will come to appreciate the lack of a mini-map.
The mini map shouldn't show us more than the normal map! So why would that be a problem? We still can explore like now.
While running/riding, you can just hit M or ALT quick-like and get a brief overview... it's not like you have to stop running. I do that all the time while riding to a specific destination, if I see a fork in the road coming up, I'll hit ALT real quick and get my bearings and close the map... If you keep W pressed down you'll continue to move forward.
And besides, perhaps no minimap will help you shore up your directional skills It like it, it gives it more realism and makes you look at the world they've created for us... I don't want to end up like BL2 where I just look at the minimap the whole time.
Can you please think about adding 2 things to make the game more playable. 1 - a mini map would be very nice so you don't' have to keep tabbing out to the whole page map to see where your going. and 2 - a complete list of quests available in an area showing completed and uncompleted quests so you don't miss any of them! Thanks!!
