Solo Fang Lair: Ulfnor - Precognition still works?

Does anyone know if Precognition still works in the fight against Ulfnor when you get chained?
I only have lvl 2 Undo which doesn't work and I don't want to level it up and morph it and try to use it only to fail after having to slog through the dungeon again to that specific fight.

i havent tried personally to see if precog works though, though in the vast majority of cases it does (the only instance i am currently aware that it definitely does not work is malubreth in wayrest 2)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
