Weekend Battlegrounds event??

I am unable to find anything about the weekend Battlegrounds event starting, according to youtubers, Thursday September 21. Deltia has a picture of the official tweet about it, that has a start date, but no end date. Wondering why there is nothing, at least that I can find, about the event on the official Elder Scrolls Website or in the forums.
