This announcement is a bit delayed, they got it on U34, a few days or so before the patch.6 -

Probably why it’s so relevant. The only time it was completed with bosses at full strength, and players at max damage. And probably why they wouldn’t adjust arena bosses, so there wouldn’t be “*pre U35” annotations on scores.

However, on the other hand - I deem the difficulty way overtuned - and I say WAY OVERTUNED - when it takes months for the first team to clear it. Especially - and this is of massive relevance here as well - with full fight information on everything as soon as you start out of PTS.
Considering all hardcore progress raiders already know strategies when they start, ESO should have by far the swiftest clears out of any MMORPG. But especially in the console realm - those take some time and doing it "perfectly" is nigh impossible for pretty much every player.
With the one big issue here: Normally one needn't care. Clear a raid in Final Fantasy, you got a chance for a mount to drop. Clear it often enough and you exchange it for Tokens. In ESO? That mount is locked into the Trifecta Achievement. So while this might make people gravitate towards trying for it - at least on console, this is as unrealistic as it gets.6 -
Zyva✭✭✭✭✭WAY too overtuned in difficulty. I bet they do not want to announce how many ACCOUNTS have cleared vRG and vDSR HM this year, let alone after Update 35.
