[BUG?] [PC-NA ver 8.1.7] Western Skyrim WB Ysgar's Beach crash twice with short interval

I don't know that my local environment issue or not.
This is very unique crash.

This is newest issue. I've never seen this before ver 8.1.7. I tested combat twice at the Ysgar's Beach WB.
But both attempting was end of crash. Even I couldn't restart ESO. So just re-boot PC.


My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

    I tested condition at the both Skyrim area and Northern Elsweyr area public dungeon.
    But, never crash at all. Group dungeon was also no problem. Only Ysgar's Beach WB was broken.
