My Rig should be Running with good FPS but it's not... HELP!!
okay here are my specs

everywhere i've looked it says i should be able to play the game on max settings no problem but even on medium settings i am gettin like 50 FPS standing still and with any movement of my character at all it will drop to 10 or 15 FPS. Can anyone help me understand what is going on??
