Question about Force of Nature CP

Does it only count the status effect applied to the target by you, or all the status effects on the target regardless of who applied them? Becuase the CP text doesn't say that, it only says 660 pen for every status effect on the target.

if it doesnt specify, i would assume its anything on the target regardless who applied it
