Kicked off with 'Unknown error' after just a few minutes after every log in

If we have paid for the early access but 'Unknown errors' prohibit us from playing, should this not entitle us to a refund? I have been trying all day to play but after a couple of minutes the game closes and returns to the main log in menu. I have a stable and fast internet connection and there is certainly nothing wrong with my computer. At the moment this feels like an early beta, not a £70 game.
