Molten Whip should proc Frenzied Momentum

Molten whip does not generate stacks on Frenzied Momentum, much to my disappointment. Was super pumped to use it for pvp. It still is counting as a "Magicka ability" because I tested it with Spectres Eye. IMO Molten should count as both a Magicka and a Stamina ability since it costs both. Would love to see this fixed!
