[Rush of Agony] 5-pc set bonus does not consistently proc even when dealing damage

This is happening with Toppling Charge (Templar), Stampede (Templar, Warden), and Shielded Assault (Warden).

There are some instances when the animation of the explosion is hidden, I think it happens when you have a lot of overlapping effects on your character.
But the damage still happens.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Good. This set needs to be reworked. It is absolutely insane that there is a set which allows people to deliberately double CC you. They need to make this give you CC immunity if it pulls you.@ReactSlower - PC/NA - 2000+ CP
