At fully buffed I have 36k health, 21k mag and stam, 42k resistances and don't have a issue staying alive. But what should I run for monster. I always have reliable bloodspawn or magma incarnate but I recently got arch druid deyvric due to major vulnerability. But I'm not sure which is best. Out of all possible monster helms for templar tank what do yall recommend? Thanks!

Are you talking PvE or PvP?
In PvE there is a hard cap of 33.2k resistances (50%) so the entire set benefit of Fortified Brass is having no effect at all on you.
As for Deyvric, that's a strong choice - many tanks already have a 5 piece set to offer that, Turning Tide (from Dreadsail Reef) because Major Vuln is a good way of getting the 2 DD to do more damage.

I plan to grind for turning tide then try to get Nazarays to further increase the length of all debuffs which I'm pretty sure is meta.

I've been tanking for years on my DK and Warden doing Vet Hardmodes but never really done templar. Mainly 4 man's. I've never done a trial
