Mirri's rapport is not increasing after doing the relics daily in Vvardenfell. It was up until U35, I believe.
I've tried on multiple days, after making absolutely sure any cool-down has expired. And I haven't done any other Mirri-rapport increasing things (except make alcohol) whose cool-down should interfere.
